Project description
Antoraf srl has made targeted investments in the purchase of high-technology and technically
innovative machinery for the production of knitwear and hosiery items.
Objectives
This investment has allowed the company to achieve important results in terms of the
innovation of both development processes and new collections made with invested
machinery. A significant improvement in machinery maintenance time and raw material
waste has also been achieved. The computerised control system has improved the
analysis of machine or machine setup reset times, allowing us to improve company
performance in terms of “downtime”, as well as better management of the production layout by being able to reconcile production with the development of innovative samples and prototypes.
Results
By investing, we have been able to further the company’s goal of providing our customers
with total-look collections.
